Lancaster poverty commission to hear Thursday about Richmond, Va.'s push to end segregation, reduce poverty

The architect of Richmond, Virginia's anti-poverty initiatives will speak Thursday at the final hearing of Lancaster's poverty commission. Thad Williamson, an associate professor at the University of Richmond, was the principal author of Richmond's poverty commission report.
