HAN member Advocate Aurora Health signed onto Healthcare Anchor Network’s statement “It is undeniable: Racism is a public health crisis.” Advocate Aurora’s commitment to better meet the needs of those in their service area by dismantling structural racism in healthcare is highlighted in articles on The Journal Times, Milwalkee Business Journal, and Up North News. In its press release, Advocate Aurora commits to working to work towards hiring a more diverse staff to combat discrimination in healthcare and build more just and inclusive communities.
