Community Wealth Building Fellow
Tadean Page, a native of Dillon, South Carolina, serves as a Community Wealth Building fellow with The Democracy Collaborative, advancing economic prosperity, racial equity, and sustainability.
Tadean lives by the motto, "Leading is what I was called to do, but serving is my passion." An entrepreneur and change agent, Tadean dedicates himself to making a positive impact. Through his company, Ascend Solutions, he empowers small businesses and organizations to drive social impact and community engagement. Tadean's dedication to service defines his work, driving meaningful change in the communities he touches.
Tadean serves as the chair of engagement for the Black Economic Leadership League of Rock Hill in South Carolina, mobilizing community members for grassroots initiatives. As the youngest board member of the Rock Hill Schools Education Foundation, he fosters collaboration between the community and the school district to support educational initiatives. With degrees in organizational leadership and education, Tadean focuses on social justice and the development of young males of color. He is recognized as a Martin Luther King Jr. Memorial Foundation Social Justice Fellow.
He was formerly with the City of Rock Hill’s Department of Economic and Urban Development, where he led several strategic initiatives.
